Best Airbnb I have stayed at. Price is absolutely worth it, house was amazing, even better than the photos, had everything we could possibly need, and Michel, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive. Had 0 issues during my stay and felt right at home. Felt like an hotel stay at Airbnb prices, would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a stay a short drive out of central miami. I was celebrating my bachelorette week with 6 girlfriends and couldn't have asked for a better house. Also located in a beautiful neighbourhood and us being 7 girls, we felt incredibly safe. Thank you

The house was beautiful, the area in marathon is perfect. Right on the water across from a marina. The house was very cleanly. Perfect space in the kitchen for cooking. Lots of utensils. We brought our blow up paddle boards and were able to use the kayaks too. However they were pretty difficult to put in the water because the dock is about a 5-7 foot drop to the water. Would have been nice to have some steps into the water or something. It was also difficult to tie up our boats as they were smaller boats under 25 feet. At low tide the dock bumpers still didn’t reach the boats to prevent from hitting the dock so we were constantly watching the boats and utilizing our bumpers. There was construction going on during our stay next door the whole time but communication when mentioned to the property manager was prompt and they were able to offer us a slight accommodation discount from almost 1/2 our pet fee. Pet fee is also per pet so can be pricey. Overall great vacation.

My family and I had a great stay at this property. There were a few bumps during our stay, however Michel was incredibly quick to respond and found resolutions for our issues. The house is really nice and the backyard is excellent. Overall we had a great stay!

Wonderful home. Perfect for two families of 4. Pool is amazing, access to canal is a plus and the house has everything you need. Close to beaches and restaurants. Easy boat rental close by as well. Manatees float by and fishing is great off the dock. Would definitely come back. Hosts are great and super accessible!

This property is absolutely fabulous. The amenities are astounding from indoor and outdoor kitchens to mirrors placed in the showers. There is not one thing that could be suggested. It is literally perfect.
Michel was responsive from our first inquiry until the last day of rental. I feel anyone who responds within 24 hours is meeting my expectation. But, not Michel. He responds within a few minutes! Then, he checks in daily while using the property.

We just finished a lovely week at Michel’s property in Marathon. The house was absolutely perfect - exactly as described and just like the pictures. The property is new, well kept and pristine. It’s close to everything yet still private. And the outdoor space was the highlight - the pool area, the games, and the lovely covered outdoor “living room” where we could relax on the comfy sectional and enjoy the breeze from the ceiling fans. A perfect week. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Villa Paradise. The arcade and pool table were a huge hit with the kids. The pool was clean and felt private from the neighbors. Communication with the owner was easy with quick responses. Overall we had a great time
