great place to stay, place was nice and clean and looks just like the pictures. kim was a great help and very communicative with any questions we had. i would book again- house has plenty of things to do. down stairs bar/grill area was great.

We found the home to be very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The beds were especially comfy, and the finishes throughout the home felt high quality and thoughtfully done. Overall, it was a very good stay.The home is not beachfront, but Sombrero Beach is only about a 5–10 minute drive away, which made beach time very convenient. The location is at the end of a small canal near the main road, with an airport across the road. This didn’t bother us, but it may be helpful for future guests to know depending on their preferences.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place in the area.

The home was beautiful, clean & very comfortable. The view wasn’t the best but the backyard with the kitchen and pool was wonderful. The only thing missing were dish towers, otherwise we had everything we needed. Kim was our go to person and she was great.

We really enjoyed our stay in Marathon. The location was perfect, easy to get to Key West and Key Largo for day trips. The house was amazing, exactly as described.

Overall had a fantastic time. Beautiful house and set up. We have a 24 ft v hull boat and it was a little hard to get in and out of the canal at low tide. Other than that great neighborhood and great over all experience.

It was very clean and our contact was nice and helpful, neighbors out front were nice and welcoming (locals) great fishing spots a little tricky getting boat in and out but very doable, quiet for the most part which was also a little upsetting Caz we wanted a little night or 2. Plenty of room for 5 and I’d say great place to stay, would stay there again if the drive wasn’t so strenuous from sw Florida it was about 4.25 hr trip that took about 6 with traffic, internet worked fine, 5 stars would be my rating
It was extremely bright in main area so if you don’t want any wasted time sleeping it was good, the outside steps and deck are tile and when it rained almost fell so be careful, fridge was probably turned off to save money when no one was renting but it didn’t cool fast enough and we had to throw away 100$ worth of meat the 2nd morning, and the pillows were weird shaped and broke my neck

We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the pool area and outdoor kitchen and thought the outdoor freezer was just an extra special touch. The house was clean and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The appliances were all new including the washer and dryer and Michael and team were incredibly responsive and kind of we will book here again in the future. The canal is narrow but we did see plenty of fish swim by, especially at night with the neighbors snook light. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there was plenty of plates and glasses for us through the week too. We liked that there were beach towels for us to use as well.

The house is clearly brand new and very modern. The kitchen was one of the nicest and best equipped we have experienced. The pool although not very large was perfect for our grandson and having it heated was a wonderful luxury. Michel and team are incredibly responsive no matter what the communication concerns, they respond within a couple of minutes – before, during, and after a stay. Highly recommend Michel and this location!

We loved the house!! Very clean and cozy. The pool and patio area was really nice. The only disappointment was the canal. It is very narrow and was very hard to turn are boat around. Also we were not aware that it was at the very end of the canal. All and all to was wonderful.
