Love the construction upgrades, large pantry, and lack of breakables on tabletops.. The outdoor kitchen and play area with toys for children and adults was a nice touch. As we spent a lot of time outside, we appreciated the extended roofline that created a covered porch, a great retreat from the sun and rain.

The house was perfect for our vacation with 4 couples. We loved that all of the rooms had their own bathrooms and either king or queen’s beds which can be tough to find when vacationing with all adult couples. The area was great and in a perfect location if you are vacationing with a boat and want to do some fishing or exploring on the water. Michel was a great host a was very responsive with any questions we had. We highly recommend this house and would stay again in the future!

The house had all the amenities that we needed, especially the dock for our boat, and cleaning station for all the fish we caught. There is ample parking for the vehicles as well as our trailer. Our group of 6 all had a comfortable bed to sleep in and no shortage of room to spread out and relax.

Absolutely loved our stay in Marathon!! The home was immaculate and honestly the pictures posted did not do it justice!! Well appointed, extremely comfortable furnishings and more than enough room for all guests! Each room having its own bathroom was a huge plus!! The downstairs was full of entertainment for our group with children of all ages! We all enjoyed the pool, outdoor kitchen and easy access to our boat. Looking forward to making this our go-to place for yearly retreats! Host was responsive to all inquiries and cleaning crew was professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

It was wonderful celebrating the life of Nikolus….son, brother and Uncle! The house was spectacular! Perfect location for outings and just hanging out together. Suggestion would be more hooks for towels either outside area or inside. Thank you for a week of memories and love!

The house was beautiful. We stayed for 3 weeks with 8 people, including 2 young children. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing a lot of our meals at home. We opted for pool heat which worked very well. Plenty out of door seating options. The beds were very comfortable! There is o going construction very near by, so there is some outdoor noise during the day; but nothing that kept us from using the outdoor space. Location is close enough to drive anywhere you need but the area is more secluded. Would recommend staying here!

We vacation often in the Keys as FL residents. This property was excellent. Great layout with plenty of bed and bathrooms. The backyard and outdoor areas was phenomenal. Worth it to pay for the pool to be heated – it was very nice. Enjoyed Christmas week !

The home is beautiful inside and outside. The outside area is very nice as well. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to spend much time outside. When we arrived the pool was not heated. They were very responsive but It took 2 days for it to be heated. (We paid for this) We weren’t able to use the pool or the outside area due to the construction next to and in front of the home. It was so loud you could hear it inside and had to almost yell to talk to each other. So we were stuck inside. I wish we would have known we spent a lot of money for these amenities. The house and accommodations are great if you can use them. We understand it’s not the owners fault but I wish we would have been told prior to booking and paying $8,000. I recommend checking before booking to see if the construction is still going on.

We had a wonderful stay at Luna Light. Did run into a few small issues but property manager sent someone out promptly. Beautiful and very clean house. Perfect amount of space to accommodate our group. Will definitely book Luna Light in the future .

House was beautiful, all rooms were “equal” so 4 couples all enjoyed their stay without anyone feeling like they drew the short stick. Plenty of storage and refrigerator space. Pool was great, dock is great. Would definitely recommend.

Love love love this home. We have been coming to the keys for 5 years as a family of 8 and this is the nicest home we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. We have already inquired about next year, my only complaint is they only book about 8 months in advance. 10 out of 10 recommend this beautiful home.

They were responsive to an issue we had with the air conditioning and the pool temperature. The house was nicely appointed with beach/pool towels, all appliances, laundry soap, downstairs refrigerator and TV. Overall very happy.

The house was perfect and looked exactly like the pictures! Everything was brand new and every inch of the house was spotless! The pool was perfect to come back to each evening and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the two covered patios. We even caught a lot of fish right off the dock. The host was very responsive and checked in throughout our stay to ensure everything was meeting our expectations. We would definitely come back and highly recommend you stay here!

Michael’s home was very spacious and comfortable for our family. The rooms have their own bathrooms so everyone could get ready at the same time without waiting for a shower. We brought our 30’ boat and the dock had plenty of space as well as a cleaning station and fresh water wash down. The home is at the end of the canal which was very quiet and easy to navigate out to the Atlantic. There is also plenty of parking on site for trailer and vehicles. It was a fantastic week even though it rained nightly, great times were had hanging out on the covered porch!

We’ve been vacationing annually in Marathon since 2006 and this has by far been one of our favorites. We will certainly be coming back!! The house is gorgeous with plenty of space! We found that we spent most of our days and nights outside in the yard. The mini kitchen downstairs made it so convenient to have our fresh caught dinner from cutting table to grill!

We stayed at Villa Paraiso Luna Light property the week prior to the Memorial Day Holiday, and simply said, it was fantastic. Our family has been renting in the Keys for over 25 years now. In all those years we have only stayed at a few different vacation rentals as we tend to go back to the same house year after year, but this year because of the passing of a dear friend, we found a need to find a smaller rental.
I can truly say that this was the best house that we have ever stayed at in the Keys. This is a very new property that is modern and has everything you need to enjoy your time in Marathon.
Our main purpose for the stay was fishing, and the amenities like the fish cleaning table, and standalone dedicated freezer really made the difference. It’s also a breeze get out to ocean fishing grounds from this house. In addition, there is a refrigerator downstairs by the pool along with an icemaker, that eliminates the need to go upstairs and/or use coolers to get and enjoy your cool drinks by the pool or dock.
Kim the property manager is an excellent host, the communications with her is easy, very professional and excellent, and she was always really very mindful of our every needs.
My family and I feel very fortunate to have found this house in Marathon, and plan to hopefully make many more new memories in the years to come moving forward at Villa Paraiso’s Luna Light.

The house was beautiful clean and lots of room for a hole family and grandchildren to play and swim pool and yard was unreal the dock was perfect for the boat I know nothing can be done about the construction across the road but next year it will be amazing but we got use to it and had the best vacation ever thanks again

Beautiful house and even more beautiful outdoor space! The private backyard was perfect for our dogs. The house had everything we needed. Marathon is a great location to get anywhere in the Keys. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back!

Where to start? We fully enjoyed our stay at this exquisite home! Wonderfully maintained, beautiful views, the ensuite bathrooms in every bedroom was great. We saw a manatee off the dock a few times! Pool was lovely, would recommend paying to heat it. Only 10 min from grocery stores and many restaurant options are even closer. We also enjoyed that Marathon is centrally located in the Keys. Some of us flew into Miami and some to Key West. The owner is very kind and polite. Michel and Kim were helpful and super responsive. You won’t regret booking this home!
