★ ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION ★

★POOL HEAT ★
Pool heat can be added on for $250/week plus applicable taxes and fees. This can be added after check-out.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety and well‑being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check‑out.

★ PET POLICY ★
Pets are welcome for $250/stay plus taxes and applicable fees (up to 50 lbs). Please let us know in advance.

★ NO SMOKING ★
Please refrain from smoking anywhere on the property! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ VERIFY BOAT SIZE ★
Be sure to verify your boat can fit before booking. Not all docks are the same. 

★ DISCLAIMER ★
The elevator is an added bonus/privilege and is not ADA compliant. It may be out of order from time to time and is not guaranteed to work in emergency situations.

We offer 4 free parking spots; a fifth may be accommodated with smaller vehicles. If you have a boat trailer, plan for two trucks plus trailer or three trucks plus trailer. Dock power is available—ask us for details.
Minimum stay is 7 nights and maximum is 21 nights, with Saturday‑to‑Saturday bookings during peak season.

We booked Michels place for 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was absolutely gorgeous with very tasteful decor and ample accommodations.
The kitchen was top tier and had nearly everything one could hope to have in a vacation home. We were able to easily prepare, cook and enjoy several dinners with some locally purchased seafood.
The bathrooms were clean, had great water pressure and had some upgraded amenities including an electric mirror and bidets. There were plenty of bath linens for us to use between washes.
The bedrooms were nice and the beds were pretty comfortable. We were glad to have some extra blankets available. The closets had adequate storage space and some extra hangers.
The outside areas were wonderful and we took full advantage when we weren’t being touristy.
Because of the time of year we were down (3rd week of Oct) the position of the sun kept the pool in the shade. The pool heating is definitely worth it and you should do before arrival (unlike us 🤪).

This was by far the best AirB&B floor plan and outdoor living space I have seen in the keys. They keep the place clean and as advertised. Anytime I go to the keys this will be the first place I check for availability.

Phenomenal customer service!!!! The house was a dream come true. The pictures did not do it justice. Michelle was very quick to answer questions, give recommendations, and check in with us. We are already planning a future trip to bring our children. Location was everything, we were and a short hour drive away from Key West and several beaches were close. We can’t wait to return!!

Absolute beauty truly felt like we were in paradise.
We’ve been coming down for over 20 years and this property meant most if not all of our expectations.!
One recommendation would be to put some type of privacy planting on the second story balcony or the fence line as we were able to speak with both of the neighbors every time we walked out the back door.
And as some may find this inviting, we are used to a little more exclusiveness and privacy
Beautiful location, easy access to open water and definitely a plus with the marina right across the canal for gas!!
Loved our stay and Michael was such a great host!!
Definitely a recommend !!

We had a great stay, mainly enjoyed the big kitchen and the pool during the 95 degree weather. At first I thought the arcade machines were a bit of a gimmick until I had to pull my dad away from them at 1:30 am. Would recommend if staying with your kids(and or parents)
