Who qualifies as a valid referral?
Any Florida Keys property owner who is new to VPVR and not already in our pipeline. We manage short-term vacation rentals in Marathon, Key Colony Beach, and surrounding areas.

When do I receive my $500?
Your reward is processed within 2 weeks of the new owner signing their property management agreement with VPVR. We’ll reach out to confirm payment details.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit at all. You can refer as many people as you like and earn $500 for each successful onboarding.

What if my referral doesn’t sign up right away?
As long as your referral ultimately becomes a VPVR property owner and you were the first to refer them, you’ll still receive your reward.

Does my referral need to be in the Florida Keys?
Yes, VPVR currently manages properties in the Florida Keys, primarily in Marathon and Key Colony Beach. We’re growing, so reach out if you’re unsure.
