Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be transparent while ensuring the integrity of our booking calendar for all guests and homeowners. Please read our policy carefully before booking.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations made through Villa Paraiso Vacation Rentals (VPVR) fall under the following cancellation terms:

Full Refund

  • Cancel within 24 hours of booking, and receive a 100% refund, as long as the check-in date is more than 60 days away.

Partial Refund

  • Cancel more than 60 days before check-in (but after the 24-hour grace period), and receive a 50% refund.

No Refund

  • Cancel 60 days or less before check-in, and the reservation is non-refundable.

Reservation Changes

  • Changes to your reservation (dates, guest count, etc.) must be requested in writing.

  • All changes are subject to availability and approval.

  • Any approved change that reduces the number of nights may still be subject to the original rate.

Travel Insurance Recommended

To protect your trip, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations due to illness, weather events, or other unexpected issues. VPVR is not responsible for losses due to guest-related circumstances outside of this policy.

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [Insert Email Address]. The date we receive the written notice determines your refund eligibility.
