We just returned from our stay at the Blue Pearl. The property exceeded our expectations! The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The house is beautifully decorated! Our favorite part was the pool and pool area. Our girls spent a lot of time here. I enjoyed sitting on the dock in the mornings and late afternoon. We even got to see a manatee from our dock. The house is close to a Publix and Winn Dixie for grocery needs. Some of our favorite places to eat was Irie Island Eats, Porky’s Bayside Restaurant and The Island Fish Company. I highly recommend all three! I can’t say enough about the Blue Pearl! It was the best and Kim was very attentive checking on us throughout the week. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This was a great house. Fully stocked with everything you need. We loved the pool and access to the bay where we got to see a manatee and a baby shark. The hosts were very friendly and very quick to respond when I needed them.

This place is amazing! The beds are super comfy, the bathroom has plenty of towels and the kitchen has all the amenities!!! The umbrella in the pool helped with shading since the sun is so intense! Plenty of dick space for our 2 boats! This location is superb!

Had a wonderful stay! the house was very clean and as described. the dock and water access was wonderful we even got to see nightly manatees ! not a far drive from great restaurants and sombrero beach. Would recommend to anyone staying in marathon.

One recommendation would be to put some type of privacy planting on the second story balcony or the fence line as we were able to speak with both of the neighbors every time we walked out the back door.
And as some may find this inviting, we are used to a little more exclusiveness and privacy

Amazing stay at blue pearl!! We loved the house and felt safe and comfortable all week long. The location was perfect for getting out to the water, and close to stores in town. The kitchen had all the necessities for cooking for a family of 8. The beds were comfortable, and all bathrooms were spotless clean. The hosts were so welcoming, and responsive immediately every time i reached out. We would recommend blue pearl to anyone!

Beautiful house with great amenities. There’s tons of space both in the house and on the property. Plenty of room for our boat trailer and several vehicles. Awesome location if you’re bringing your boat. Huge dock with a marina right across the canal for fuel and you’ve got extremely quick access to the Atlantic from the home. Money well spent, thanks!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Michel’s place in Marathon Key. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. With its open-concept living area, modern kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms, it truly felt like a home away from home.
The pool and dock area were ideal for relaxing and soaking in the Florida Keys atmosphere—we even spotted manatees right in the backyard! Having a private boat dock was a huge bonus and made it so easy to hop on and off the boat whenever we wanted.
Michel was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We’d definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful place and fantastic location.
On our first night The smoke alarm battery started to beep at 12 am since the battery needed to be replaced. We contacted their office and we were told that we needed to sleep with the beeping sound and we were told not to disable the alarm. It was an annoying sound that was heard in all of the bedrooms. The next day the battery was replaced.

It’s a beautiful house, clean, and nicely decorated. The pool and foosball table outside were appreciated. We also enjoyed a nicely equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. The only negative was that the dock did not have a ladder to allow us to access the boat we rented for the week.

Very nice new or nearly new property. Quiet location and tons of property. The pool was our favorite hangout but the dock was also great for spotting wildlife. Made all our meals together and had all the pots/pans and utensils needed for everything. Our contact was Kim and she was very helpful/knowledgeable about everything in the keys. She also responded very quickly with any questions that I had.

Michel and Kim were both great hosts. They are very responsive and full of information about the area. This was our first trip to the keys, and it would not have been the same without them. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Marathon.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable which is sometimes hard to find in a rental. The only draw back was not having shades on all bedroom windows to block out the very bright light at the boat stack across the channel from the house. We were able to drape some beach towels over the curtains on the large window to block out more of the light. We enjoyed riding the bikes to Coco Plum Beach in the evening and lounging by the pool. The house was spacious and very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying in the keys. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking! Host was very responsive to any questions and very helpful. The home was very clean. Lots of comfy blankets and seating. Nice large towels provided. Dock was amazing with room for our boat, daily manatee sightings, fishing, and even some swimming! Pool space was perfect and so relaxing. Would highly recommend!

An unforgettable stay! The location in Marathon was excellent, offering easy access to local attractions, grocery, and restaurants. The house itself was pristine, with ample space for our group of 10 to spread out and relax. The convenience of having a boat dock right on the property made exploring the beautiful waters easy and enjoyable. The kids especially loved watching the manatees from the dock.
We really enjoyed the pool and the relaxing patio area with the fire pit.
The communication with the property manager was top-notch. She was responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. A big thank you to the property manager, Kim, for making our vacation truly memorable! Highly recommend this rental for a perfect getaway!
