Please note that during peak season Marathon, Florida can only rent from Saturday (check-in) - Saturday (check-out) and homes are only available for 7 night minimum stays.
1. What are your booking conditions?

A 50% deposit is due upon the time of booking and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience. This is non-refundable after 48 hours of booking, and is subject to a credit card processing fee if you do decide to cancel.

At the time of booking, we also ask our guests for a damage waiver fee of $45. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. 

2. What if I need to cancel my booking?

For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. We offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in and no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A nonrefundable 5% fee for any cancellations done after booking.

3. What if I need to check-in early, check-out late, or both?

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! These are available upon availability, we will need to know ahead of time for this request so we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew. 

4. What if I do not plan on getting there until late at night, can I still check-in late?

Our front door smart locks can be accessed any time after check-in (4:00pm) so any late check-ins are completely fine, no matter how late since its self check-in!

5. What are your current cleaning procedures and standards?

Our professional cleaners are following CDC guidelines to ensure all common surfaces are cleaned and disinfected and use disinfectants approved on List N from the EPA, which kill the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). We also provide complimentary cleaning products in every home for your use!

6. What are the check-in and check-out times at Villa Paraiso Vacation Rentals?

7. Do you allow pets?

We do offer pet-friendly stays! Please note, not all properties are pet-friendly, so please check with the specific property or reach out to us after booking so we can confirm! Pet fees do apply if bringing along a furry friend.

8. Are you child-friendly?

We welcome children at our short term rentals and offer pack & play cribs as well as high-chairs in many of our properties, as well as child-friendly utensils and bowls. Please check the property page to confirm, or please contact us for any further questions!
