For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. The pet fee is $250 per pet per week, service animals stay for free. Restricted breeds apply, we are not able to accommodate all pets, please see our terms of service/rules for pet restrictions. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. The pool can be heated for a fee of $250 per week plus taxes and applicable credit card processing fees; (prorated for longer stays). Please note the AC is locked to prevent equipment damage. It cannot be turned to less than 71 degrees, which should still provide plenty of comfort for guests. Luna Light now has cameras installed on the exterior of the property. These cameras are solely for security purposes and to ensure the safety of guests and the property. Rest assured, no cameras are installed in private areas. Thank you very much.
