We had a great week stay. Super communicative host from booking through check out. The house is clean, laid out well for two families to enjoy all the amenities. The dock is pristine and the area is quiet- great to relax! We loved watching the planes take off- didn’t hear them inside the house at all. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty to do and overall a lovely place.

Nice property with easy dockage and access to the Atlantic. Very clean, well stocked and furnished home. Only negative is that there isn’t a nice view, but they did a good job at blocking the view of the adjacent marina.

Beautiful home on the canal, within reach of some of the top spots in the Middle Keys. Sombrero, 7 Mile Bridge, Coffin’s Patch, and our family’s favorite fishing holes! The kitchen clinched this listing for me, and it was well appointed. The location in KCB simply can’t be beat. It’s been our family’s hidden paradise for years, and we love coming back.The only issue we ran into was amenities listed and promised, that were not available. PM Kim assured that kayaks were in the backyard when I asked about renting some. When I reached out to say they weren’t there, messages were ignored and office dropped my call. We left our kayaks at home because we trusted the PM. There were a few other minor issues, but that was the most egregious.Overall, a great rental, wonderful stay, and our best fishing yet!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was extremely large and well furnished. It was in a great location. The only very minor issue was the pool seemed a bit small for such a large house. Don't get me wrong, it was great and we used it quite a bit, it just seemed a bit small. We loved our stay and would definitely book it again.

Great location on a deep canal. Outdoor space was wonderful. The kids fished off the seawall. My dog was able to run and play in a secure yard and I didn’t have to worry about him getting out. Bathrooms and kitchen was well equipped and clean. Pool water was cool and felt nice with the hot summer days. I loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings watching the sunset and being able to watch tv outside. Thankful to have spent a week at this property.

Loved every facet of this home, from the decor, amenities, cleanliness, and fantastic outdoor space. My family loved every second of our vacation and didn’t want to leave the house for anything. If you have a boat, the location is great for quick ocean access. The checkout process was so easy. Of all the houses we have rented in the past 8 years, this was the best. We will definitely return next year!

Excellent experience with everything from the host to the overall house and property. The host has been in touch with me from the first day, all thru our rental and after we left. The house is beautiful and well decorated and supplied. We arrived to a very clean and cool house. The driveway is huge and we were able to park our boat trailer and 3 trucks. We were very comfortable and enjoyed it so much, we are hoping to rent it again next year. We love Key Colony also, it’s a wonderful community!

I’ve been vacationing in the keys for about 15 years. This place was excellent and one of my favorites. It was clean, decorated well, lots of activities at the house for the kids, AC worked great, pool was great, and plenty of docking for our boat (33 ft). The house was at the end of the canal and had plenty of room for me to turn the boat around. The canal had plenty of depth at low tide to maneuver the boat, however you do have to ride the channel in, as the Atlantic gets very shallow. I had zero issues even at low tide in the channel. There was also plenty of room to park the trailer in front of the house. There is also a deep freezer for bait and ice. I would highly recommend this place for families or people with larger boats that are concerned about having enough room.
