Gobble Get Away

We had a wonderful trip. We wanted to find a great place to spend Thanksgiving with our adult kids and this did not disappoint! The house is beautiful! There is a ton of space and it is all so well furnished and decorated! Our kids loved it so much that we spent most of our time there – watching football outside, swimming, fishing and playing games! A quote from my kids- “you hit it out of the park with this one!”

The kitchen(s) are well stocked – we really didn’t need anything additional. There are plenty of towels including beach towels and we did pay the extra to have the pool heated ( good choice in November).

Just a few things about the location – you can walk to get coffee and probably a Walgreens but you will need to drive to the beach, grocery stores and dinner spots!

Overall – I highly recommend this rental! It’s an amazing house and the hosts made it very easy to manage! Great spot to build lasting memories!

Our host was amazing. Very prompt in answering any questions we had. The house was great. Everything was thought through and the amenities were spot on. I highly recommend this place for your next stay in the keys.

We stayed at Emerald Oasis for 2 weeks and it was so enjoyable for all of us (ages 1-67). The house has a nice layout with bedrooms at each corner giving you privacy, and kitchen and open living space in the center for family time. Well equipped kitchen. The outside living area is spacious, comfortable and feels like a resort with games, refrigerator, grill, pool, TV, plenty of seating and a huge dock. We could watch Olympics while in the pool. Quiet community close to restaurants, beaches and shopping Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a delightful experience at your beautiful property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The house is beautiful and well cared for! The weather was perfect during our stay and it was nice having the pool to cool off in! The kids fished every day off the dock, but were most excited by the visit of a manatee on several different days of our stay. He was a wonderful surprise!!!Our host was very responsive to all my questions. We would book this home again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

We had an amazing time in this home. I was fortunate enough to celebrate my 75th birthday with my family and most importantly, my grandchildren.
Kim and Michael were always on top of any questions or concerns we may have had. The communication was fantastic and Kim always responded literally in minutes.
I would highly recommend any property that they have as they are super professional. I'm hoping we can do it again next year.

Vista Del Mar was absolutely incredible — the kind of vacation home that makes you want to book your next stay before you even leave.The house is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly designed for both adults and kids. There’s tons of space, multiple hangout areas and the bedrooms/bathrooms are set up so everyone has privacy and comfort.The outdoor area feels like a private resort: the pool, dock, outdoor kitchen/bar, and game room kept us entertained all week. We truly made amazing memories here.The neighborhood is peaceful but still super convenient to everything in Marathon.And the management company was outstanding — their communication was fast, helpful, and truly second to none.If I had one small suggestion, it would be adding dimmer switches in the kitchen and living room to make evenings a little more cozy.We would 100% stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

My wife and I booked this location after our previous booking through another booking agency got cancelled the day we were supposed to check in. We were able to check in the day of booking g and the house was perfect for us. It was clean and well stocked. The backyard area with the pool was very relaxing. There is an apartment across the street but it was quiet. We saw manatee off the dock and plenty of fish. I would recommend staying here

Very nice house. A few small issues at check-in that were taken care of right away by Property Manager Kim. She was great. Only draw back to the home was compared to other rentals it could be stocked a little better with kitchen essentials, cleaning supplies, and amenities like bikes, kayaks, fishing rods, or beach chairs.
