I can’t say enough of good things about this property! We had an amazing time during our stay! The house is beautiful, squeaky clean & has all the amenities one might need. The big open layout of the living room space has lots of natural light during the day which created a very pleasant atmosphere. The bright and airy kitchen was fully stocked with everything for cooking, baking & supplies to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee made with any of the 3 different coffee makers generously provided together with various coffee pods. The pool area was amazing, the pool itself was big & had plenty of floaties for kids & adults to kick back & have some fun in the water. We also loved the furnished patio next to the pool, it was nice to sit outside & eat lunch that we made using a grill stationed near the pool. Game room & smart features were awesome! Wonderful neighborhood, peaceful & family friendly with plenty of stores & places to visit close by. Host was super helpful, friendly & responsive!

Amazing location right on the water with beautiful ocean views! The screened in porch was a lovely spot for enjoying the view. The check-in process was seamless and we really appreciated simply having a door code with no keys the manage. As soon as we walked in the door I could smell bleach and I knew everything was extremely clean. There was more than enough room for 5 of us and we had so many different seating area and lounging area options for spending time together or separate. The house is walking distance to Havana Jack’s restaurant, as well as the private club with the pool and beach, which was just the cherry on top. The master bath is a bit dated, but that is the only critique I can think of-it is truly an amazing spot!

Our family had a wonderful spring break at this property. We fished, kayaked, and raw the most majestic manatee and her baby in the canal. The kitchen was well equipped and the place had plenty of common areas for our family to hangout. Thanks for an amazing property!

We had a great time staying here. We really enjoyed seeing some of the manatees playing in the water way in the back. Our group loved the pool and how clean everything was. Any questions were answered immediately. Overall, a great place to spend spring break.

I stayed here on vacation with my adult family of six. We had a great time. The house is beautiful, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. And clean. It's close to restaurants and shopping.The entire living area is upstairs. The yard and pool are private. Great stay.
