Staying in Marathon wasn’t my first choice, but Michel’s house

Staying in Marathon wasn’t my first choice, but Michel’s house was definitely the right price, compared to staying in Key West. The view from the house was really nice, and having the dock right in the back yard was amazing. Everything in the yard was comfortable, and the amenities were all right there and ready to be used.
We drove into Key West for most of our larger activities, which took approximately 1 hour each way. So, if you want to pay half the price of staying in Key West proper and you don’t mind the drive, Michel’s house will definitely be worth the trip.
